Close middle far, rinse wash repeat and move your feet baby. You can have fish holding and moving through right in front of you and you're missing them because you're not effectively working that water💯

@@EeRock507 I know that it’s open for all around fishing , I was referring to specifically salmon fishing. That’s open on September 16, right ? If I’m reading the state pamphlet correctly
@@hybrid_john_3387 the duwamish is open for salmon since the 20th. The green says open to other game fish , doesn’t say open or closed for salmon . So if you stay in the duwamish your 100 percent ok
Tell us about the rod and line you use for fishing salmon
Have lived in Tacoma for approximately 50 yrs,, Never once did I see anyone fishing for and catching "Squid"! Never heard anyone talking or read about Squid fishing,
My dad and I used to go down to the Tacoma yacht club at night and said there back in the 80’s. Squid everywhere
There's nothing like fresh squid.
Guess you’ve never been down to the dock at night with everyone lighting up the water pretty cool thing to watch

Ya a bad start this , but have seen some big kings been really odd, year on kings , but it's a fisheries and it always have ups and downs

Hey bro! How heavy of a weight are you using and how long of leader are running for your drift fishing setup?
I make my own weight in that spot with pencil lead. I never go longer than the rod I'm using with my leader.
You hunting RimRock area for elk this year even if it had a forest fire?
I will be up there. I got drawn for a rimrock cow tag. So I kinda have to go.
