this is cool but I can't sit is a nice home 24/7. I hope to see recreational structures built. Bowling, stores, artsy places, skate parks. whatever can live up a culture and bring more diaspora back. I want to be in Africa so badly, but I know I'm going to want to do fun stuff like hike, bike, laser tag and stuff. We should build that in those hoods. hmmmm ideas....

No prices but definitely gonna be at least 150k cedis... Target is middle class and foreign people... Trees don't grow in a day.. Since its a new place we can't expect to see fully grown trees.. In about 5 years they will be bigger.. The only thing for me is I will not be getting my morning waakye or kenkey or hausa koko nearby... Will have to drive far to get it. So for me I won't live here even if I have millions.. I will feel detached from the masses..

We want to know the PRICE before we even watch the video and sometimes listen to long unnecessary talk.You go to other countries and the PRICE is the first thing you see.Price , location, number of bedrooms, other amenities, Payment options.Simple and concise with all relevant information.I don't have the time to call those numbers for a long talk.All these years and some of you guys in Ghana haven't learnt anything at all...
