I know these streets so well. I went to high school in Princeton in the 80s. I also worked in town at the McCarter Theatre, and briefly at New York Camera, which I see from this video is still there. I also worked at the Greenline Diner almost next door to New York Camera, although that business is long gone, along with the old prefab stainless-steel diner it was in. But most of downtown Princeton is still architecturally very much the same as it was back then, although many of the businesses have changed. Thank you for this video tour.
