HOMM2 and HOMM3 were some of the very first games I ever played as a kid. I just remembered they existed a couple weeks ago and wish I could play them again, but I don't have my own PC right now (only a work laptop), so I've been binging everything on your channel since. Your videos are endlessly entertaining and informative! I even find myself yelling at the screen sometimes when you slip-up - this is truly my ESPN.
HoMM3 is available for any i486 compatible computer, it is super fast game and takes around 1 GB.

It's been a very entertaining video, just like the series so far! I love your commitment to the play and to carry on with the mistakes. It's harder but keeps it more interesting ;) on top of that, it encourages me to play better (I'm currently doing a skeleton-army necro play based on your Halloween specials) so keep the good heroe content up!

The building wrong thing mistake is so easy to make in homm 3. I'm glad I'm not recording because that would be a reload for me haha
Yeah, recording makes it a lot harder to shrug off mistakes, I am trying to get better at not caring lol. When I watch my videos back I frequently disagree with my own plays 🤔

I use complete edition with the HD mod and the SoD_SP submod. Everything should be linked in the description. Sometimes I use the Horn of the Abyss mod but not on this series

Hypnotize can work on demons. I almost always ignore that spell because it usually only works on extremely weak stacks

Not sure what your problem was with the trade between Ayden and Ivor in the town 😅 in SoD you can’t trade artifacts in the castle but trading units was always possible? Just drag the units from the top to the bottom like we always do 🙈
And don’t tell you did it for the spell scrolls, they weren’t that usefull and you didn’t even trade them at the end 🤣
💀 I don't remember what the logic was there tbh. However, the castle gate hero chain was the plan for the entire episode so panic brain was in full effect after that fell apart. Kinda worked out tho.
@@Norovo haha yeah was already saying at the screen ‘don’t forget your citadel’ when you didn’t build it the dah before. When the ‘warning’ popped up i already knew you would forget the citadel 🤣 i was thinking ‘you just said it yourself in the other inferno town you’ll need the citadel’ 🤣 kinda hilarious but got to say, nice solution (but expensive)! Never got very good in the game but always liked it. I definitely can’t get my timings and chains work like that and i am still surprised how you handle big normal fights with small armies. In the castle yeah exploit the towers, stay defensive and use the moat that one works well ;-). I am always scared to split my army that much, i feel always very week if i go with a second town for a low level back-up hero and army. But grouping my armies on the main makes my game to slow and yeah can’t be everywhere at once of course ;-)
