Thank you camera man for focusing where we need it. Smh now to dedicate a decade of my life.
The most underrated guitarist.
It is a shame that Philip doesn't get the recognition he deserves.
He is on top of my list along with other great guitarist incl Phil X, John Mayer, Carlos Santana and John Frusciante.
I used to watch Philip play in Ottawa - mostly at the Rainbow - back in the late '90s every chance I got. Never got tired of watching and listening to him.
Yeah ... No Words ...
No words to describe... Perhaps the best guitar player alive
Yep
Not to take away from Philip's greatness, but you need to check out Tim Henson
God what a beautiful tone with amazing playing 🤘🏽🤘🏽👌🏽👌🏽
Such soul, timing and sound , less is so much more. As natural as wind, I've listened to this multiple times it just gets better. This guy has found his genius
Amazing player
I saw him last year in Italy.. it was the best concert of my life.
Holy shit ... fucking Incredible ...!
Sayce is one of the most brilliant , visceral, amazing players EVER !!!

Sam Bolle with those bass harmonics DAMN!!!! 4:40
Wow
thanx for your video. he must be the only one.
Song starts: 2:00
Until that he is playing a different song called 5:55
It's both, a disgrace and disrespectful that this dude is not known to the masses. I kind of think he prefers it that way. I have admired his playing over the years. Although Stevie is one of my two favorites, I would put him up there with SRV and Jimi.
I think it all comes down to the songs. He’s a monster player. But his songs, unfortunately, are fairly unmemorable - even to me, and I’m a longtime guitarist who appreciates his talent. The masses will get onboard only when the songs become great, rather than primarily just being vehicles to feature his guitar wizardry. As such, though his playing is huge, he can’t occupy the same artistic space as a guy like Hendrix, IMO.
WTF guitar player , i love to see you play guitar(From thailand)
Steeve Ray and Gary has great heir
Sounds like Eddie Hazel
Love Philip, but I gotta say watching the bass player wait for Philip to decide he was gonna start was pretty comical. Looked like he was ready to jump in several time then just decided, nah I'm gonna chill and wait.
