Yes but many were reviewing pre- market versions. What else are the 2 holes for ? One is remove input, other mic input but doesnt mic mount ontop ? This thing is on crazy pre order now with included attachable evf which also wasnt mentioned in previews and 2 lenses (bonus 22F2 lens).
@@amounifnd yes but those bonuses are just you excited about ordering this camera/justifying you deciding to purchase it. Nothing wrong with that of course. In fact i'd be happy that someone is buying a new camera and not a smartphone. Except the excitement has nothing to do with the camera's lack of a headphone jack. (Not a deal breaker for it's intended market btw)
@@JoaquimGonsalves Well said. Strange another review pocketlint confirms no microphone but claims 24/25/30 in 4k recording. I suppose I will only know when it arrives. I will use it for next few years and hold onto my sony gear. If not happy i always get whats new in 3 or 4 years time. But seems very promising !
I just bought it and I love it. But I have a question? How long does it take the battery to fully charge? Forever? Is it normal mine has been connected 4 hours and still hasn't fully charged?
So, at 30fps in raw the sensor is stepped down to 18mp per shot. The whole point of raw is to collect more data not less. Adapter should be included, adds another $164 usd to the price and evf another what $200? 😳
Yes, but adaptor is like $150 aud at the moment and pre sales include evf and bonus 22mF2 lens plus kit lens. So 2 lenses and evf included. I am upgrading from a6000 and enjoying film at the moment but my family requires i have more varierty. I was thinking ricoh gr3 but video bad and i love primes so the f2 i would have bought anyway. Now its bonus ! The video options are good enough more me and converting from 30 to 24p is no drama considering if you wanted to record something cinematic your editing it anyway.
yeah but many dont mention how it throws the eyes off focus. also easier to knock, But i agree it does block things. Hopefully they come up with the offset adaptor.
At 3:17 she said the M6 ii has both microphone and headphone inputs. But the reviews I have seen say the M6 ii has no headphone input? Did she make a mistake or does the M6 ii have a headphone jack?
I downloaded the manual. Alas no headphone jack. There are two inputs on the left hand side, a microphone input and a remote control terminal (it looks like a a headphone jack, but if you look carefully you will see it is a bit smaller).
Hey I had purchased this camera in Pakistan with kit lense with mbm warrenty but it dosent come with evf they said there are different offer in different regions canon camera came from Singapore in Pakistan and it dosent come with evf
Great Camera to behold, but, as a professional photographer in Nigeria, how do I use the EOS M6ii with evf and my speedlite flash together since Canon provided only one hot shoe slot for the Camera.
@@amounifnd Buddy, mic may mount on the top, but the cable jack will always (at least in these two iterations of the M6 bodies) go into the side of the body. It's not like the Sony accessory that connects via a hot shoe. To the best of my knowledge Canon doesn't have any such mic and to be honest it's not a worthy investment to have a mic that connects only via hot shoe. So to conclude, the two ports on the side are one for the remote release and the other for the mic Jack.
Wow what a beauty. Oh and also the camera.
Headphone as well? Are you sure?
Same question... I feel like everyone else has bemoaned a lack thereof...

Yeah just wait a bit.

Hi Azu, if you are using the supplied battery charger, the battery should charge in approximately 90 mins.

Tnx so much for ur help
That evf looked like loading sniper scopes
Please For example, if you do not like Focus, how do you setting?
My using canon m6mark ii sigma 16mm f/1.4
Wow... super guide......... good video
I'm pressing on but my camera is not coming on even after my battery charge...what do I do?
my new dream camera. on complaint is no flip out screen. but you can just get a thing to move the mic so it wont block the screen

4:08 what is the star looking button in the top right corner?
Definitely the remote release cable input, not a headphone jack. What a glaring error by Canon Australia.

Just use the flash without the evf
How much?
Wrong information
This camera is not having a headphone jack
So what are the 2 holes for ? Mic mounts on top, remote port so another mic input ?

Locetion with shop
She really needs to have a drink of water, that saliva noise she keeps making is rotten!
How solid is the attachable EVF mounting
I reckon as solid as a flash would be as it might be having the same locking pin system. But I'm just guessing.
