Conan has multiple feathers on his hat, he is a Harvard Alumni, he can sing, master guitar artist, he can dance, his wit is unparalleled, he is an amazing actor as well as an update incredible writer, the best talk show host, he is loved by his staff, improv master and can diffuse a heated tense situation. He outshines Donald Glover and many more.

You should watch the documentary about Conan (it's about how things ended with NBC). You can see that he punches a lot of his staff, it's pretty funny. Plus the movie is amazing
The laughing you hear isn't a laugh track. He records these videos and then shows them to a live crowd. Usually the youtube video they post is the crowd watching to video and actually laughing to it. But for some reason this one was raw footage
