Really informative maintenance video. I've been looking at this exact Walkman on eBay and toying whether to buy or not. Out of interest, does switching on the Dolby B on this unit make any noticeable difference? I have a lower end WM FX-113 (had it since 1996) which appears to have the same mechanism as this. Unfortunately after having replaced the belt and cleaning everything up similar to you, the wow and flutter is still horrendous, and I find it gets progressively slower the further it gets into a tape, so I have concluded it is beyond my ability to repair, hence looking through eBay for a replacement.

Although I can't be 100% sure with this video being a while ago I do think I remember being impressed by the quality and features of this model, including the Dolby B. I'd say if you were looking to upgrade from your 113 then you wouldn't be disappointed with this one :)
You can't beat a Walkman and tape cassette!
