Frank Mattingly would the mid pipe make it louder I have a rev 9 axle back but it’s quite as hell and doesn’t pop as loud anymore
My exhaust is the same exact. I love the way my car sounds too. I did however had a bracket that held the two mufflers together on the left bank came apart and rattled so bad. It sounded as though my serpintine belt was squeeling especially when you let off the gas. Hope your holds together. Love your channel.
Boost this is the closest sounding thing to the VQ, I maybe wrong but it sounds crisp.

Hey Boost, Great Vid. Have you noticed a slight delay in the initial acceleration with this axle back when cruising within the city? I have one on my Q60 3.0T. It performs well at high rpm, but I have noticed a slight delay in initial acceleration at city speeds. The exhaust is brand new as well. Any thoughts oaths? Thank you.

Hey Boost I just did the Megan LWP's and the Rev9 axleback but the exhaust sound is high pitched compared to yours. Should I put in a bigger Y or go with the rev9 midpipe kit with some resonators? Looking for a lower exhaust note. Thanks man your videos have helped me a ton!
My girl has a 2018 Q50 Red Sport with a custom 3" stainless cat back exhaust with Jonas or Jones resonators where the mid-muffler used to be(I had it installed for her birthday)and strait piped the rest of the way. It sounds like Poop and my girl and I are not happy. It's too loud with no tone. It actually sounds like a regular car with no mufflers. So I was thinking about adding this rev9 flowmaxx axle-back! Will this work considering my exhaust is now 3" and the rev9 axel-back is, I think 2.36"(60 mm)? I mean, I'm sure a good muffler shop will make it work, but will this help it sound better is the real question?
In your opinion, what's the best sounding exhaust for the G37. I don't want the loud annoying "Civic" sound but I want some deeper, louder sound. It's a 2010 G37 sedan.

Interested in this for my 3.0 but I'm seeing that the tips have some fitment issues and wont make it past a rear diffuser - is this something that you think would be accurate? Also how much different would the sound be on a fully stock Q vs this?

I have the Soho that shit sounds crazy good with downpipes.... But the performance aspects of it are nice too mid-range and top end

Hey boost, when I go to rev nine site they’re showing that the all-wheel-drive is different than the rear wheel drive. Why would that be?
there is more stuff under the car for AWD. On the AWD the two sides of the Y are longer to get around the transfer case, so the split is further from the engine.

So then don't tune your car. I'm not going back to dealership unless I really need to and even then I have enough aftermarket parts that they would say no

The remark is a muffler delete I don't really care for those.
It's just pipe with tips so most of them are all sound the same
Any rasp? I have the same exact set up and I get a little around 3k under certain loads

The exhaust is interchangeable. Which means it fits the Q50 3.7. That's why I have spoken saying that it will be louder because you need to add resonators. Links will be in the description

It's just like any basic muffler delete just pipes with tips. It's going to sound like a gtr like most 3.7 with muffler delete.
It may have some drone. Just RUclips any 3.7 G37 Q50 with muffler delete
