Haneda Ops - British Airways BA8 departs on 16L while HND continues 34L/R & 05 ops.

I saw this with my own own eyes from the ANA T2 lounge. BA8 holds and waits on 16L while arrivals occur on 34L/R and departures on 34R and 05. BA8 receives departure clearance on 16L while another aircraft continues approach on 34L and other aircraft continue to taxi and hold for 34R departures. Truly fascinating to watch!
