Well technically Shensi, Helga, Aunt Sarah, Calypso, Xianniang, Te Ka, Kaa, and Louise were side-villains (Of course Xianniang wasn't in the old Mulan and in the old Jungle Book Kaa was a male) but the main villains in those movies were Scar, Rork, Si and Am, Davy Jones, Xian Yu, Tamatoa, Sher-Kahn and Mr Sir.

If you do female Disney villains from TV shows, there's Magica De Spell from Ducktales, Shego from Kim Possible, and Diane "Di" Amara from Big Hero 6: The Series.
They should also put Demona from Gargoyles on that list. I was disappointed to see that she wasn't on this list until I realized this list focused on movie female villains. Demona is one of my favorite villains and one of Disney's most complex villains, in my opinion.

The live action Alice in Wonderland isn't a remake, it's a sequel. It is Alice's return to Wonderland.

Speaking of Mother Gothel: I decided that maybe she is Snow White's evil queen who we thought fell to her death, but really landed on ledge, realized the stone was going to smash her, and screamed as she jumped out of the way. Then she later found the magic golden flower and Repunzel.
