Thanks for the video! Were you able to recline the seat much? Thinking of flying premier and would like to sit in the 4th row as well, but the divider looked very close.

I recently flew from California to Guadalajara fisrs class and they didn't serve us a meal anymore, only juice or soft drink and a snack, this was over a month ago, was disappointed. I while ago i flew coming back to the states with united airlines and they gave us such a good meal, great service, cocktails with alcohol. Is it different airline better or is it a new thing with all airlines?
That is very strange they did that. They should of offered food (as my flight was shorter I think).

Unfortunately yes. They have not changed that rule (yet).

aeromexico does not have first class the seat sucks the food sucks the service is one of the worse their premier is a cafeteria where there is bunch of people asking for a tip so nothing is free, going thru mexico is one of the worse experiences i have par3ece un mercado, my advice don't use this line it sucks!
Sad to hear about your experience. I felt like that with the lounge, there was no one really that was helpful.
