Ingredients :
1 can of Tomato Paste
2 cups of Heavy Cream
1 box of Rigatoni Pasta
2/6 cups of vodka
1 onion
garlic powder
oregano
red pepper
garlic powder
parsley
salt & pepper
Steps:
1. boil pasta in a pot of water with 1/3 cup of oil and salt
2. slice a thin piece of butter and put it into the pan
3. dice up onions
4. squeeze 5 gloves of garlic
5. put salt, pepper, and red pepper and mix
6. pour 2/6 cups of vodka and let it cook until vodka evaporates
7. pour 1 can of tomato paste and heavy cream and mix
8. add grated parmesan cheese and mix
9. add garlic powder, oregano, garlic powder & parsley
10. mix well and let it cook
11. once the pasta is ready, leave 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest of the water
12. put the pasta in the sauce and pour 1 cup of water
13. let it cook for 7 minutes
14. mix well, serve, and enjoy
