- so.. i built wits end + guinsoo's rageblade on Nasus and got 23 kills.. i turned a hard Riven matchup into an UNKILLABLE Nasus lol.

@@slisaey9342 perma slow and q resets should compensate for healing and movement speed. On ult you get attack speed and there's health for tankiness. It should be better into less ap oriented comps

the only synergy i see is for: Wits End proc and it gives even more armor pen.
To be honest I don't really understand it either, but as strong as he was in the game it seems to be good item choice.
I personally prefer Ghostblade as an offensive choice because of movement speed and lethality against squishies.
