    When creating scan paths and enabling OCR, note depending on the complexity of the document scanned, the extra computional demand on the copier can take 1-15 minutes to complete. When OCR is required, I create an extra Template just for that task. I do not want general scans to be OCR-ed. General PDF scans should arrive in their target folder in seconds.

    Sir on 5:38 you have create Template and Folder option, I don't have that other options are available, what can be the reason?

      Register options are available but not create options.

      5:39 here shown create options are not in my list.

    How do you fix 0KB files? The scanner scans, it shows up in the folder, but the error says pdf error

      Is your default PDF Reader free Adobe Reader? If not, download and try.

      @@derrickmorrison5832 not sure the reader is the problem, scanner works if it saves to a usb device. but it's 0kb when I follow your instructions. I dont have a firewall either.
