- The plaintiff says she dated the defendant and they had a child together, but he became abusive and started denying paternity. She’s petitioning the court for a DNA test and is suing for the balance due on a car. The defendant claims the defendant won’t let him see the child and doesn’t treat him like the father.

I was in the audience during this case and I remember how shook everyone was. You could tell the guy was really messed up behind it cuz we talking 9 years. After they left out everyone just sat there in disbelief it was really crazy being there in real time and seeing it unfold.

Actually I’d disagree. If the father isn’t there then he isn’t there. The mother being there and feeding negativity into the child is much worse. It’s actually the problem we have no. Everybody wants to blame black men but black men only make up 20% of baby daddies. Black children are mostly raised by black women who are children themselves. Using the kids as pawns or just generally raising them incorrectly. Then we got a generation of bad ass kids who repeat the cycle.
