The jab is the most versatile punch in boxing. It behooves anyone learning boxing to master all the numerous variations of this punch and throw it from every direction. The jab is the key to the buffet that is scoring punches

THIS is ironically perfect. I have been looking for a boxing gym in NYC and there are way more boujee boxing workout gyms instead of gyms you can actually improve yours skills at. Come to NYC, bc sadly Covid pretty much eliminated any potential competition.

Probably NY is best option plenty of people to teach and develop although cost of living is crazy there your a smart dude though you'll figure out all the pros and cons to each possible location but you know we will all be here to watch the uploads and I like to check hook pivot out when going backwards great video though #respect

Hey coach, do you got any drills for making your footwork seem less awkward in the ring? I can make individual steps and pre-planned movement very well, but I seem to suck at transitioning from footwork to footwork.
