I really like & enjoy Roman’s commentary on this show, on SEC National & on Read & React! A comment on Roman’s take on restaurants in New Orleans. There are a lot of restaurants with good food there. But CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT IN NEW ORLEANS RESTAURANTS as THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU EVER COME BACK AS THERE ARE ALWAYS NEW TOURISTS & visitors. They know because of tourism there are always new suckers coming to town so they don’t mind treating customers like sh*t. That is especially true of all restaurants there in or near the French Quarter. I remember being there consulting years ago and going to Antoine’s. I learned at that time that they had two dining rooms - one for tourist to treat & prepare food like crap and a second dining room for local elites (like millionaire football players) who got far superior food & service. It for years has been one of the NASTIEST & DEADLIEST & MOST DANGEROUS CITIES IN THE WORLD. So anyone going should be careful where you step and also hope you get out alive.
Y'all remember the 9-6 Bama win in Knoxville? Bama blocks field goal under a minute and gets the ball and kicks the long field goal to win. Think it was Phillip Doyle from Huffman high school.
I still remember that game saving forced fumble by Roman against Tennessee. One of my favorite Bama players all time
