This comment is a month old and the base game has been free since the beginning of last fall so what is there to get 60% off of? @@saucy2476I first built a rounded platform with a basement under it and connected these with a ladder. And then I added a round roof on top of the platform. I have a video on my channel if my explanation is not clear enough 💕
I wish they would bring back automatic roofing.. It's so difficult for me to input a roof so I just make that shit flat as fuck as if I was playing Sims 2 😂

Not sure if its the same as the tent as roofs are not insulated, so your sim is at the mercy of whatever weather conditions there are. You'll be out of the rain/snow, but not the cold or heat. Just something to remember but I love using roofing as a cheap way to add more space/rooms to a living space.
it was pretty cool but i couldnt find the right place for the ladder :/ my sim did not want to go inside. instead i made it in the desert town and i made it very green inside the bubble, and then the outside terrain on the lot matched the desert world :) its similar to one of those terrarium's that you never open. it looks really good with some debug foliage

Oh yeah they did that in sims 3. But it wasn’t a ladder it was stairs, and it lead to a garden exhibit

No they won’t. It’s like making a fake tiny home. Watch lilsimsies vid on it. Her 100 baby sims are not effected by weather.

ah yes. Next time the sims go camping. They Don't need a bubble tent. Just a ton of concrete, half the house's mortage of furniture and a glass dome.

you can literally.... just pick up a roof and place it on the ground. You don't need to lower it.
