Tristan, Thank you for mentioning the Chinese and their role in building the West. The Basque history was interesting too. Your history tidbits really add to your videos! 🌲🌲🌲
Bowser seems to be a couch pup. Probably the heat got to him and he may have had stomach issues from too much water. River water. Thanks for taking us along. The waterfall was nice
I don't think you should apologize for spending time with the wife and pup. That is what is important in life. But, thanks for bringing all of us along. The adventures are always fun to see, and it looks like the new rig is working out too!
Tristan don't apologize for the video, I personally consider it one of your best. You're chilling with your family and how y'all interact with what you love doing. Enjoy your life's journey and thanks for the informative and eye catching beauty you present. 👍🏿😎
Thanks for watching! In case you missed it, here's last week's build video of the Yukon platform (including some additions and changes I made after this video was filmed): ruclips.net/video/3CD16-29bJ4/видео.html
Ooh sorry Cassie and Bowser were uncomfortable in the heat and glad Bowser got in that little creek and they both got under that fountain in town! Thank you Tristan for showing the Yukon inside platform and storage!❤️😀🇺🇸🚙🌏
Add a dog cooling pad under you and a good fan. Keep the dog cooling pad away from daytime heat. Mine goes under the air conditioner vent or in a cooler. Some places sell cooling sheets, blankets and mattress covers but IDK how well that works. Wash up a bit right before bed - get sweat off. Reflecting in the windows during the day keep the vehicle from overheating. Keep hydrated.
She's as outgoing as she's always been. It's just tricky for me to figure out how to best incorporate her into the videos while also trying to make her feel comfortable on camera. Thanks for watching.
@@SUVRVing I thought she seemed very comfortable in this video.. she sounded relaxed altho it seemed like she may have been a bit warmer than she's used to... good video of both of you, and Bowser of course

I grew up in boy-ZEE. It was fun seeing the three of you together. Cassie will grow into her role. Be natural and it will work out. We enjoy your channel immensely. Love, love, love the mountain hikes.
Thanks for sharing the family adventure! 👍 Maybe Bowser is throwing up in protest. You dine out, while he sits there dreaming you're going to order him a beef patty...and it never comes. Just a theory.
Welcome to Boise! Glad you finally made it here. Its our little secret, although the recent growth has been a concern, its still an amazing place to live. "Idaho Is What America Was" as they say.
Really enjoyed the tours, especially learning the history of Idaho City. And, it's always nice to see Cassie and Bowser along for the trip. Hope you are enjoying your new rig. See ya next time!
Family time is more important than anything, no video apologies necessary, it's always very entertaining and informative to join you all on the trips, so thank you. Still freaked out by the freaky wall, that was.....well, pretty freaky, lol.
Nice to see you out with your lovely wife, cute dog and new rig. Years ago, my family and I camped at Ponderosa State Park near McCall and I remember riding bikes into town and touring the McCall Smokejumper Base.
I'd like to thank you for your videos. I just spent the last month in one of my jeeps in Colorado mountains. Several years of watching your videos finally inspired me to do it. The experience of boondocking in the national forests was wonderful. The Alpicool I purchased based on your review more than paid for itself and the entire experience cost less than one thousand dollars, including fuel. Again, thank you.
Always nice to have videos with Cassie. Not sure why but the first time I went to Boise I went to see the blue Boise State football field. The drive from Boise to Stanley is a nice drive too.
Thanks so much. Van Life is CALLING me . I'm in my 78th year on Earth now ! Loved camping b4 & know I'll love it NOW too. Never been to IDAHO ! Now I want to explore.
Beautiful ❤️. So sorry Bowser had tummy trouble but he seems to be quite a trooper. I went through McCall earlier this summer but was too much traffic so did not stop anywhere. Thank you guys for tour. Idaho City looks interesting. Sitting on a rock watching fish pass by sounds heavenly. Be safe.
Welcome to Boise. The greenbelt along the River is beautiful. This week is the Spirit of Boise Ballon Classic, featuring hot air balloons from all over the country. My favorite event of the year! It runs from September 1st through the 5th. Great video as always, thank you.
Thanks for this video. I agree that the time spent with your wife and dog are paramount so I appreciate your family's willingness to share so much with us. It seems that the purchase of this vehicle will be a game changer for your journeys both solo and as a family & this is a really great indicator of this. So glad you got the chance to test out your innovative access to your gear beneath the sleeping platform - well done and congrats on implementing your ideas! :)
This attractive, relatable couple makes week end exploring interesting and relaxed. Sorry pouch got sick and Tristan was the recipient but seems every one recovered and was able to enjoy the rest of the trip.
I enjoyed seeing McCaul, Boise, and the mining town, as well as Cassie and Bowser. Gives me a sense of the area beyond the natural scenes. I didn’t find it disjointed at all-merely a different focus. Happy journeys to you both.

Glad to see you in my part of Idaho! If you are back in the area there are lots of roads taking off from Idaho City to explore as well as an interesting pioneer cemetery. Around Boise there are many miles of trails in the foothills, mountain biking at Bogus Basin, fishing the Snake River at Swan Falls Dam, floating the Boise River and tons more. Since I know you like deserts and canyons, the Owyhee Front has lots of both. Not necessarily long hikes but there are some cool waterfalls and canyons out there. If you want to spend a week around here I can give you plenty of spots to check out :)
