  • For the next 7 minutes, we'll show kids a few stretching exercises that they can do every time they're about to do any kind of exercises!
    It's really important to warm-up and stretch before start doing any exercise routine, allowing the muscles to become more flexible, to prevent the little ones from injuring themselves, by causing damage to their muscles.
    Let's get the kids and start this new workout! 💪
