Lol love❤the map simple but precise. I'm the guy with the (possible herniated disc) I'm feeling a bit better. the pain is lighter but still there. FYI I'm always in some sort of pain. When the weather changes i change. so i try to keep all remedies as natural as possible. My yoga stretches are as natural as it gets like the kitten in this video.
