How to test Diode without using multimeter

In this video, I have shown how to check a diode just using a 9volt battery and a LED. Here to test the diode I have not used any multimeter so this video will help you to test any diode without using any multimeter.
If you follow the steps shown in the video to test a diode without using a multimeter It's very easy to test whether a diode is working or not in a circuit.
In this test circuit, I have also explained how to check the polarity of the diode and how to calculate the resistance value in circuit which is very important.

Higher resistance will take more time to discharge the capacitor and very low resistance may leads to spark during discharge. Use high wattage resistor
