I am not convinced fully - No painter will do in this rate... You have under estimated Labor charges. Here in Hyderabad - The Labour charge for Applying putty itself is 5-6₹ per Sft while Painting Rate 3-4₹Sft double coating. While material cost of Putty/primer/paint will be around 12₹ per Sft. ( considering emulsion paint). Altogether - 20-22₹/sft .
But no painting contractor will do it in less than -25₹/sft.

Pr.. 4000 sq ft area ho to...45000 se...50000 tk me ho jaega
Isse km rate m...kaam k quality sahi nhi hota..
Iske sath sath... cornice border ..molding beet...or chakri...ka ek room m..5000
Or...royal play.....1 wall me ...3000 RS..
Ya..stencil...2000rs
Avrg rate h...hmara...Jo yaha local rate h...alag alag jagah m alag rate ho skta h.
