5.Labour licence and labour payment or salary details.
6.complete billing process at site for clients like RA and final bills.

9.Minimum salary wages for site staff like Site engineer,Site supervisor, project manager, Labours and Billing and planning Engineer etc.

I am really impressed with your content and channel. I have a question: If Project time exceeded due to delay on part of the client (let say delay in handover of occupied building) then how contractor will be effected and is their any clause for such delay. How can be loss mitagated in terms of monetry value if contractor do not delayed the project.
There is a clause of partially completion, which if bifurcated in contract terms n conditions
And we can also claim EOT for delay from client side.
Machinery cost is taken in rate analysis, so not required to be considered .

Sir one doubt in rate analysis we take machinery rent for an item means It is already mentioned in rate of item, but again we consider machinery (or tools plants) in over heads, is it necessary to take in over heads

Theft, damages, pilferage, That all covers in insurance / CAR policies, Contractors All Risk Policy. Which is part of over heads. As explained

Sir.. Mobilisation advance is also provided for various points that you have mentioned as it is provided for various arrangements that have to be done by contractor. Then why to add these things in overheads?
