I love Buddhist practice and way of being.I also see that it would be an easier way to live, within the safe protective walls of somewhere like Plum village. It is less easy living in everyday life, within usafe/insecure walls/spaces/employment (you could be kicked out of where you are at any moment- dependent on the whims of the false economy in which we exist). With this in mind, I still practice being mindful and loving- which takes extra strength.

I Burned myself down without knowing how to take care of myself only caring about other People. I didn't and still don't care enough about myself because in didn't know that this would have been the better way to care about others. Thank you so much for your pure heart
