Thanks to your possum video I've started my first amigurumi. I was going to do a black sheep, but I went thrifting and usually get the supplies I need. So the thrift shop I went in luckily had a big bag of fuzzy white wool on a table of other bits, I saw it as a message that I was to make a white sheep not a black one! I've started the ears and I'm having a blast.🐑 I hope the meds will give you some relief and you won't have to go back for a while. Sending prayers and hugs🌻

That's me with my back problems . Went to Walmart with hubby. He was paying and I was hardly in the store and needed to sit down. Left without getting what I wanted im glad it gives you some relief
I'm so glad that the pump works for you. My doctor discussed it but unfortunately my lupus caused blood clots in my head and jugular twice. I'm also allergic to morphine. You need something for the pain and having this work is great. Meeting Virginia was great for both of you. Having a face when she comments is wonderful for you. The Northern lights look beautiful. I like your nappies and Beetlejuice. Hugs and prayers to everyone out there. Also 😊😇🤗🙏 I haven't been watching the channels lately due to my health issues.
It is truly a blessing to have wonderful health care from people who care and in a comfortable facility.
About the northern lights, we live right at the southern end of Lake Michigan in Indiana. We saw amazing photos online as well. What we saw with the naked eye wasn't as bold as the pictures. However, when we took pictures with our phone, it was so much more colorful.

I have been blessed with my medical caretakers as well. I try to let them know my appreciation as well. I even apologized for my behavior after my heart procedure when my hubby told me what I said to the nurses when I was coming out of anesthesia!!! I was always appreciative of good medical care but not that time!!! I was not me!!! So I had to grovel like crazy….

Hello sweetie, about the northern lights. I live in the southern part of Sweden and for us here to see the northern lights we can only see it through pictures. I go out and take pictures with my phone. Editing is not my strong suit but I am working at it. Next time northern lights are in your area try to take pictures to the north with night setting on your camera/phone camera. The long exposure will show you things your eye cannot. Hi Kayla, we see the northern lights here in the UK those pictures do not look doctored to me the best way we see them is through a camera your phone camera will do. Cameras pick up the colours so much better than our eyes. Saturday we went to the knitting and stitching show at Alexandra Palace in London. We had a great time and I brought some nice yarn.

Happy to hear the procedure went well! It takes me days to wake up from sedation. LOL Daaays! We saw the pink sky last night and I read online the best way to see it is thru your camera lens on your phone. I will go out tonight and see what I can see.

Good morning Kayla. I pray for you. I know how hard it must be to be dealing with this chronic pain. I’m suffering from frozen shoulder. It’s killing me. Sometimes a small movement can bring me close to tears. I’m usually good at handling pain but not this time. I have physical therapy twice a week. Let’s see how that goes. I know it takes you about two days to recover. I’m praying for you.

My husband had a procedure and it was amusing listening to the people next to us, talking about someone's marriage and property they bought... People seem to think that a cloth curtain is a sound-proof wall. We heard everything they were saying. 😂 Hope you are doing better.

I am in Washington state and there were folks around here that got gorgeous pictures of the northern lights. I could not go out to look last night. My Mom and I saw them many years ago. I am thankful for that. My back is killing me. So I will keep moving, but gently lol Take care. I am still recovering from a broken femur.

Oh Kayla I understand not being able to go into a store . I am so upset that the pharmacy is in the back of the drug store and the yarn department is always at the back. They just don't like my money 😂

I really appreciate your explanation about how the pain pump is helping because I’ve wondered about it too. My sister is in chronic pain as a result of having radiation after cancer surgery in her abdomen 10 years ago. She is now left with a lot of necrotic tissue in the area where she sits. Also she contracted a very stubborn bone infection that antibiotics won’t kill, so she lives with a drainage tube (as well as bags for both #1 and #2). I told her about you and your pain pump so that she can start considering it and can ask her doctor about. It kills me that we live so far apart--she’s in Florida and I’m in Virginia. My husband and I flew down to see her and her husband in September and we were both a crying mess upon arrival and also departure. I love her so much ; it was difficult to see her doing so poorly. She’s down to 99 lbs now and her coloring looks grayish green. We are keeping in touch more now because I think we both know her time on earth may not be very long. But I appreciate you talking about all the issues you have because you never know who you might help….❤

I was hearing that people out here in California were seeing them at higher elevations. We are considered near sea level so all we had was a lot of fog! Sending love from Southern California ❤

My favorite thing about IV therapy infusion is the warm blanket and I go to sleep once the pre meds kick in and infusion starts
I understand all to well my brother has a pain pump and he had to have it replaced, just take time for yourself and get better
I have a pain pump with morphine and buvidicaine. I’ve had it since 2012. Refills are easy. I’ve never had sedation for a refill.
Hi Kayla. Glad the surgery went well. Ive noticed the more times I'm out under it takes me longer to lose that loopy/tired feeling. Maybe that's what's happening to you. Im.glad you explained it as you'd think the morphine wouls take away a migraine too but guess since it's not directed in that area it doesn't. Sort of makes sense. It's a shame there isn't a channel thatnall9ws you to direct where the morphine is needed at a given time. Maybe in the future.

Glad the procedure went well and you are on the road to recovery. We saw the Northern Lights here in West Central Illinois but couldn't see them with the naked eye, only through pictures from my phone camera. Had to adjust the shutter speed to capture the site. So beautiful.

I am glad you got your procedure done. I rely on my Medtronic insulin pump and CGM. I also rely on my Medtronic nerve stimulator to help with my cronic back pain.
Does the nerve pump work. I have osteoporosis very bad. Don’t know if it would work for that but the pain is horrible . No one has ever talked to me about that. I’m praying that Kayla will get some pain relief. ❤
@wandataylor6266 i find the nerve stimulator pretty effective. My pain management doctor still prescribes medication to layer and maximize my relief. On a good day, I would estimate my pain level as a 4 or 5. It is much better than living with 8 to 9 daily. I find I have less limitations on my daily activities. I have degenerative disc and joint disease and ostoepinia. My system consists of 16 electrodes arrayed along my spine. Thesr are run by an implanted battery in my lower back. I can charge the battery from the controller. I charge the controller by plugging it into a regular outlet. From the controller, i can choose from 3 programs, and within each program, there are 3 groups of electrodes. The intensity can be changed at any time from the controller. There is an MRI mode that can be activated from the controller, which allows you to get an MRI safely. I have had mine for about 2 years. The battery has a life of approximately 10 years. I hope you can find some relief. I have been living with cronic pain for about 24 years.
