Police: 1 dead, 9 injured in 'mass shooting incident'

One person is dead and nine others are injured after a "mass shooting incident" in Towson Tuesday night, according to police. Police said it appears to be a targeted incident. Baltimore County police said multiple people have been taken to area hospitals, but did not specify how many are suffering from gunshot wounds.
