I follow you many clips… i just do 1 clip/ day 20 min and some cardios Just for 2 months .. now i can dress in my formerly tight pants!, My waist line decrease 0.5 inch , my thighs decrease 1.5 inch I love your clips… its quick and effective! Please do more clip with warm up and cool down .. 25-30 min 😊
