@@xxfashionierz I know I was being wryly sarcastic myself not long ago. It wasn't meant to be taken as an attack or even mocking 😢, more as my way of lightheartedly pointing out my boundaries and laughing at myself too, and I didn't actually feel angry towards them. I guess a dry tone can't really come across online. The sarcasm was just used for effect. It was my way of being playful in my seriousness. 🙃🧡 I have a big insecurity about something and it hit me there. And I also had a bad experience with being stalked: not just followed, and it left me feeling paranoid. I haven't got words to explain the stalking without being explicit. And so my fake sarcasm was more of a defense mechanism and I still cared. But OMG the paranoia has been getting to me again and I only trust concrete things and not my own thoughts and intuition. I had flashbacks about something when I was older and only my friends and doctors believed me. Even I found it hard to believe. Now sometimes I feel like everything that I feel is true could be wrong and when I get frightened, my imagination kicks in as to what I might not be seeing. Like, why on earth would this amazing person like me? Maybe I'm just being pulled into some freakish cult or something. My imagination gets out of control because it's so strong. That's why I need to establish communication channels. And also to be able to discuss stuff that really worries me that absolutely needs to be communicated. But yeah, not intended as an insult.

Yeah, as long as there's a clear purpose with the call I'm fine with it (=job related calls so it should be).
But as soon the customer starts cold talking about other stuff I'm lost, don't really know how to respond and I know that they know I'm socially awkward, but I really don't care that much anymore, just try to be polite and helpful and people seem to be happy and grateful about it, which in turn makes me happy.
That’s me as an INTJ. I have, what is referred to as, “phone anxiety” lol.
Same, a friend just said to me he could probably get me an interview to do a job that entails calling people via zoom. HARD PASS
i'm INFJ- but I can relate. Once my friend's mom broke a rib and I replaced her in their family bar to help them .... I can't describe the panic I felt every time a customer walked in and had to interact with him. At the end of the day I had an emotional breakdown: ") ... I don't think I'll ever be a bartender in my life
"OMG, PC broke"
"Yes, it is broke without its current"
Current-cy.
I'm sorry I'll see myself out.
INFJ: Hiding from everyone, listening out for when the kitchen is empty so you can finally run in and make a cup of coffee, dreading all phone calls putting them off until the end of the day then staying late whipping yourself in punishment 😄
Not actually
Hmm that's not me
Sounds about right I do sales.
Antonio McNeary You poor thing 😄
That sounds more like infp tbh.
Hot tip: Walking around with a clipboard also fools people into thinking you're busy doing something important.
Thanks! Can't wait to do it at the job I may somehow find in the future! I am now going to use the rest of my day Binging "how to look busy at the job", because I don't have to pretend I am working. All I have to do is to occupy myself with stupid things to forget my uselessness.
good idea 😏
@@lampyrisnoctiluca9904 "Checking emails" is another good one. This is what happens when you finish all your work too early but aren't allowed to go home so you have to spend the rest of the day looking busy otherwise the boss gets angry.
@@AbsintheReverie Thanks! I wrote a long answer yesterday, and when I clicked to answer, there was no internet. When I looked through the window it was snowing. I answered that those emails you send should suggest, but not say, that you worked more than you really did.
ISTP - my exact train of thought when I worked in an office
“Powercycling the units” power moves by the INTPs
As an INTP, jargon like that really irks me.
@@xero6396 I guess that's why they use it as sarcastic mockery
@@xxfashionierz I know I was being wryly sarcastic myself not long ago. It wasn't meant to be taken as an attack or even mocking 😢, more as my way of lightheartedly pointing out my boundaries and laughing at myself too, and I didn't actually feel angry towards them. I guess a dry tone can't really come across online. The sarcasm was just used for effect. It was my way of being playful in my seriousness. 🙃🧡
I have a big insecurity about something and it hit me there.
But yeah, not intended as an insult.
the moment I heard that I knew it was me
@@xero6396 i fell you
Yes!!! I’m ENFJ and I knew mine within a second! I’m usually manager and that’s right on! One of my main goals in life is to own as many businesses as possible so I can create a happy, positive, balanced work place for others!!
The New Year resolutions one was perfect too! I have those notebooks and binders! In fact, I have those year round..not just for NY goals. 🤣
Oh and the business goal IS written in several of them!
"It was thirsty Thursday at the club...giiiiiiirrrrrllllll !!!!!"
😂😂😂
I once worked with an ESFP who smoked so much weed one thirsty Thursday... that she came in high the next morning.
And then was chewed out by our boss for a completely unrelated reason. She told me she was sweating bullets the entire time and I was like "Welp, I think you're hilarious but it serves you right haha"
"We were like whaaaaaaat!
Lmao xD
That INFP one was golden. As an INFP, I feel like I could people watch ESFP ALL DAY.
Nailed the INFJ!
Not even knowing what one likes about (everything about) the job! Ha!
He's an INFJ himself, makes sense
@@woosh5102
Yeah he is dear.
And I can relate so much! :)
I could really relate to the INFJ. -INFP
Im a Data Indexer. I love it.
He always does
I laughed so hard at ISTP because that's definitely my favorite part of the day, when I can finally go home. Office work is just not for us 😔
To be fair, florescent lighting is the worst!
The INTJ learned his ways from good old George Constanza
It's not a lie...if you believe it

"I recognize the council has made a decision, but given that it's a stupid decision, I've elected to ignore it."
Definetly me at team working
I like the idea of roundhouse kicking your problems. Leaky pipes? Roundhouse kick. Long lines at the bank? Roundhouse kick. Great video ✨
I LOVE your response! LOL!! 😂 Thanks for the laugh!
Lori your mind seems momentarily attractive and interesting... Do you always think the same as the way you commented?
Chuck Norris approves.
INTP here - that was so spot on, I’m tech support for everyone I know 😂
INTP here I'm the substitute IT guy
why is istp just Ron Swanson from parks and rec
because if you look it up, fictional character sites do type him as istp 😅
I gave a friend a list of people we know who are classic versions of each type. I couldn’t think of anyone we both personally knew who was an ISTP, so I just put Ron Swanson. I’m glad you see the same thing here lol
2:26 I am so proud of him making the customer holding the phone just so he can continue his conversation.
We need more brave men like him in this world.
Favs in order:
1.infj
2.intj
3.enfj
4.infp
Thanks for reading this unnecessary opinion on ranking the top 4 personalities!
These are the personalities of me and my 3 friends hahah thanks for giving us a definitive list of who is the best
I (intj) sent this to my friends
Infj: “I don’t think I’m best”
infp: “*upset they’re last* this is a hateful & biased list”
enfj: *didn’t see the messages yet because they were outside having a life*
JOTARO DID YOU BUST THIS NUT typical lol
ENFJ is so me: having creative ideas and being a slightly old fashioned person who typically has to have slang explained ... and getting pranked
When I heard "get rid of the phones" I already knew, who was that about. ;u;
#dontevercallINFP #justtextmeplease #iwontrespondanyway #whybother
I'm INFJ and I hate talking on the phone. Mostly because I suck at it X'D
When someone calls me instead of just texting me,I will just smile and hang up and text him back.
Yeah me too
@@Misha-yn7iw Bruh, my aunt has a facetime-fetish. You don't even know what it is like to be truly oppressed. :P
I have to say that as an Infp I have warned dates that I have a phone but rarely call or answer calls....sadly instead of accepting it as a quirk they think I am hiding something...makes dating difficult
"Girl, it was a thirsty Thursday at the cluuub last night." 😂
Recognised INFP just form what they were wearing
Lmfao me too
that slightly askew sweater 😂
It’s alway pink
When he started talking about getting rid of the phones I knew it was INFP instantly. 😂😂🤣
Infp: whenever phone rings🥺. I don't pick and text I was doing something or traveling. Come up with ton of excuses why I was not able to pick the phone. But now I have learned ,phone calls are crucial. I exert so much energy just to pick the phone up.
P.s: phone calls from unknown number are super annoying 😤
INFP, in my last job I had to answer the phones all day every day and let me tell you... STRESS
Even when my dad calls, it takes me a lot of energy to answer 😂
I resign from my last job because my boss keep calling me! I hate that, depress for 1 month.. Altho after 6 month still can felt it..
I love how you made some of the personalities talk to the camera in The Office mockumentary style, FJ. Awesome work as always.
I knew INFP was me because I groan everytime somebody calls work 😂
No one:

MY BROWNIES-
The poor INFP is clearly going thru it. I mean, gray cardigan, navy polka dot tie, and salmon shirt...tragique 😪
And boy, that robe...when you asked me to write in a bathrobe joke, I didn’t know you were gonna go all out like that. Should I start drafting 16 Personalities Reported to HR? 😂
Please go on making "introvert guide series" 🙏
It was so funny and entertaining as well..
And also useful 😁😁😁
Tika Ardhany Yay, so glad to hear that!! Frank definitely has ideas for more introvert’s guides that we want to do! 😎
Yay...thanks@@hollyp.8849 🙏
@@hollyp.8849 You write his 16 personalities skit content?! You confused INTP with ISTP, in that case. ;p Funny stuff, gonna have to check out your channel!
To be honest - it's true. My fave casual friday outfit is salmon tshirt, worn-out blue jacket, gray leggings and brown veil with black dots.
But nobody gave any single attention so it's okay, I guess lol
INFJ here, crying laughing at the ESTP roundhouse kick hahaha 😂
Legit I've seen an estp doing that
ESTP here Lol we tend to lose our sht when things are supposed to work but they dnt, specially while rushing
All of these skit videos are always fun to watch.
And the other videos where you sit down and talk about certain personality types, and the challenges that they might face are very interesting.
I hope you have a good day.
can't stop laughing at how accurate this is (INFJ here)
I must say, you're really getting better at the comedic aspect of it. Big GG Franky !
Turning it on and off again, where did i always hear that...?

Wait... the i- *THE IT CROWD!!*
I need to watch that again some day, awesome show.
FJ, the first time I came across your channel must've been about 2 years ago now. At the time I'd just discovered I was an INFJ and your videos resonated with me so deeply. I've loved your channel ever since, and your recent videos are so funny. Your channel is a blessing
This is a beautiful comment, Eliza! Frank's channel has been a blessing to me too. ❤😇
infj “they dont even have dental”
“You guys said it was casual Friday!” 😂. Do you actually come up with this stuff on your own?
Frank James might have his gang of people who have all of the M.T.B.I. personality types who help him make the jokes in his "16 Personalities as" videos.
RE: ISFP
That salmon shirt and floral tie... *chef's kiss*
The INTJ was so accurate. That's what I do everytime
ENFP here, and I showed up at the office the other day in leggings and was told it was inappropriate, so I proclaimed “if it’s not specifically prohibited in the dress code, then it’s allowed.” I’m the HR Manager btw.
So..yeah. This feels accurate.
The only phone I was glad to answer at work was a Nickelodeon phone one of my coworkers brought in. We used it until it was deemed "unprofessional" 😄
I still have it at my house.
that's one of your best ones so far, so relatable
All i need to start laughing is to hear FJ say, “hey, Timmy...” i love this channel.
This is soooo good. FJ you're a genius. I'm so proud of the huge progress you made so far! 🙌💖
I'm an INTP, an IT professional and I understood those IT Crowd references.
I'm not helping the cause
INFJ here: exactly how I feel about my job. My insurance sucks right now.
We need at least one isfj for every office on earth.. to make the better world.... 😢
@@JustaNobody-j8x Sadly it's true this world is built for extrovert

Thanks Frank! Spot on as usual. My new solution to all office equipment malfunctions will now be the roundhouse kick 😂
INFJ here, and you have literally captured my career perfectly... I'm trying to laugh silently while at work, at the job that isn't my dream job, doesn't pay well, has OK people working here, isn't making a difference in the world and has alright benefits...! Haha
0:44 the moment he mentioned "HR" and pulled out a suggestion box, I knew it was going to be ENFJ 😂
Hahahaha. Such an INFJ. Literally all things I’ve thought in the past. Cryinggggg 😂😂😂😂😂
Infp is so true!
How I honestly feel;
I don't have that kind of job for a reason😂😂 If I do work with people,
my internal Infj turns on and up to deal with it.
(I do thank God
I am able to work from home in alignment with my purpose.
That keeps my peaceful Infp side very happy).
All the types you've portrayed in this are really funny.
The Entp and Infj examples are especially good
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Red top in ENFJ looks brilliant on you!!
I totally agree! ❤ Although, Frank seems to have a talent for wearing pretty much any color well! 🥰
Did anyone else notice that the INTJ tip was taken from George Costanza?
Ahaha, INTJ knows my trick! Although it’s not hard to do when people keep coming to you with the stupidest ideas or issues (totally feelin’ my NTP brethren up in here). Like honestly, if they could just think for one second... oh wait... they can’t even do that.
Even though I'm an INFP (love the cardigan - that's very accurate), I felt the INFJ part spiritually as well... 😏
ENTP here, love the channel. Willing to debate.
Love the channel, too. INTP here.
INTP here, love it too, and just wrote 2 paragraphs on another video suggesting interviews with each personality type hoping he'd pick me so I could slide my Ne into his Ni. xD
@@stephaniemitchell8509 Whoa!
I'm an ENTP who completely mistyped the ISFJ as an ENTP. How is that possible? Also, creating new brownie recipes, isn't that something we would do?
@@mirsaes For the sake of intellectually stimulating debates, not anything weird. I seek to protect FJ, and his honor. Promise.
0:56 gave me a bright idea. I'd love to see you making your own version of the "office" lol
Honestly, the ENFP snippet should have just been an image of the office with the sound of crickets.
Sinceriously,

One of the funniest ones yet, I work in an office and i'm dying LOL

Looks like Timmy is off to a great year!
Hahaha! You nailed it! Once again...... Good work, Mr Frank James. You cheer and amuse us every time....
When I first got my job at the drugstore, we were told to dress black pants--plain white t shirt. I wore black pants and a plain white t shirt... with a cute panda bear blushing = me, a forever ENFP
As a front desk worker, though, most of the time I was in the INTJ mode. Act busy and angry so less people will aproach you.
Were the colleagues good? Okayish . Was the pay good? Could've been hella better. Did I like speaking to the customers. NAH-AH :") Did I occasionally hide under the desk pretending to rearrange files. Y U P :")

Great stuff! "When you look angry, people think you're busy!" - there's always this type of person in every office.
2:18 Ron Swanson is that you?
I laughed so hard. These are spot on! Well done!
