How to change the oil? C8 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Z51 Oil Change DIY

First off, I am not a professional so READ THE MANUAL (Page 250) and follow the instructions there. This is just how I do it and is not intended as a guide. Proceed at your own risk and if you are not sure, take it to the dealer and let them do it. That said, I hope it helps someone. This is the first time for an oil change on this car. Obviously the lift, etc makes it a lot easier!
Don't forget to run it for 20-30seconds prior to changing to return the oil to the reservoir. This is a dry sump system and is different than prior corvettes. Also, remember to check your oil after refill AT IDLE with the engine warm as per the manual. Again, just RTFM.
