I’m very inspired by your discipline to run 10km every morning! Can you share how do you do that? Do you do any workout in between these run?

I started running on March 14th this year.
At first, I ran about 2km and my pace was 7:30/km.
At that time, even running 2 kilometers was too hard for me.
I ran the same place every morning and increased the distance very little by little.
      I increased the distance by 10m a day or 100m a week.
      When I first ran, I weighed 78kg, but now I weigh 68kg.
As I lost weight, I felt lighter, so I was able to run longer distances and faster.
I'm just jogging in the morning. I'm not doing any interval training.

I wake up in the morning and take a walk with my Golden Retriever and stretch for about 5 minutes. Then, I walk for about 5 minutes before running. After running, I cool down by walking for about 10 minutes and then stretch for about 3 minutes.

I don't take it when I run 10K, and I take it when I run for more than an hour.
