Very well Done... thanks. I Have a2019 Ranger leveled up 3.5 inches... Been looking at the KO2 .. now. I'm sold. Got Fox 2.0 with coil overs with also anti intr usion beams also from BDS. Ride is WAY better. night and day. no roll around corners , no dive when breaking, Awesome kit. Looks great.
That's a really good point, probably one of the best comments I have ever gotten on RUclips. I road tested this truck pretty extensively and spoke with the owner who drove it on a 2000 mile vacation trip using the adaptive cruise, no issues. I believe it is because I got the bumper lined back up perfectly. I do have access to information on that system and see it is an active driving calibration procedure so the relearn occurs while driving, and it has no lost calibration or performance codes. If I were to have disconnected that part it may REQUIRE calibration for the system to function, or if I were to have the alignment off slightly I suspect it may effect the system operation and reliability in slowing for cars ahead. I think my stance will be: the right thing to do if you unbolt the bumper would be to have this front radar sensor alignment recalibrate/aligned. Great observation.
Really liking your truck I’m really interested in the floor mats what brand are they because the factory ones suck welcome to the ranger club bro keep the videos coming in
I didn't. They said disconnect battery but they always do. Although this is a pretty big job, a fuse or battery would be a tiny detail to deter you. If it is about inspection monitor's/ smog not getting reset, that was all reset when the ecm was reprogrammed for the tire size calibration. Seems like a strange concern.
I am not sure they are required, but sometimes they can help with clearance on turns. From what I recall, this customer just wanted the tires out a little further for looks.
Sure I can imagine, it's a truck with some cool mods that were done properly. CA legal EO number tune, perfectly road force balanced tires, a spot on alignment, no cut frame or parts, retained intrusion beams for accidents.... Sounds like a great deal.

Thanks for the video, I like your method for dealing with the intrusion beams!
Fun video. Love my Ranger. Great work. Good to know hypertech is carb approved. Thank you. Keep on keeping on 🤙
No adjustments to the forward looking radar for adaptive cruise control?

The real job of those crash bars is to keep the tire from coming into a cab and crashing your legs in a front overlap collision.
TY. Info we NEVER hear in videos.👍
Did you have to pull any fuses? That’s the only thing keeping me from buying this

Just use to gm and not having to pull anything or disconnect battery is all.
@@johnathonbullard3950 yeah no need
You didn’t show how you got the rear crash bars out.
I have the same grill.. how did u wire up your lights on the grill?
To the parking lights, tap in to the 12v and ground for those or the running lights and make sure it's a water tight seal like heat shrink.
What color wires is for running lights and signal for 3 wire running lights..thank u very much for the help..
What did you use to bead the tire up was that a quick air attachment?
Yeah it comes on that tire machine as an option.
Allot of air ...Quick
just wondering why the need for wheel spacers?
I am not sure they are required, but sometimes they can help with clearance on turns. From what I recall, this customer just wanted the tires out a little further for looks.
Hey how did you take that plastic block out behind the fender liner. I unbolted them but it doesnt seem to come out
I am not sure what part you mean. I don't remember the details of this job, I work on a lot of stuff. The best I got for you is the video.
@@paulkelley86 no worries man, but it was just the part when you were fitting the tire and took out a plastic block behind the liner
👍 nice job 👍
Hi, what size of spacers have you installed ?
They were not spacers. It was a lift strut.
OK. I’m pretty sure I saw spacer at 9:29. It looks 25 - 30 mm but wanted to be sure as I’m just about to buy ones.
@Paweł Żmudzki if there were spacers, they came in the strut already so I can't say what size they were.
@@paulkelley86 Thx !
Thank you
probably would of helped if you took the weights off before balancing
Well, not if it calls for weight where the weights were... thank you for you $.02, hope you feel better.
Imagine person that buys this Ranger down the road...
