this anime was a guilty pleasure show for me when i started season one but since season 4 part 2 ive actually been really surprised with how good its been actually
Danmachi is a fantastic anime. The world building in this anime is very well done. The characters are well developed. There are a lot of great comedic moments woven into a complex plot. It's definitely an anime to watch and rewatch. Also, Bell (main character) is precious.
Honestly I think u would absolutly love this one, there is new season out atm aswell (u didnt have the OP for it in this Video btw) and when that season is over the anime is only 1 Novel Volume behind the actual current release.
For Danmachi openings i only really enjoy s4 op1 mainly cause of the song, but the show itself is great and one of my favorites among pure fantasy anime! Also the latest ending is VERY cultured

I've watched this one, well season 1, 4-5 times. That was until they finally released season 2 and then it was kinda them blessing us with season after season of this one after we got the spinoff (which is also awesome). Quick rundown, as you asked about what it is (no spoilers ofc): The story centers around Bell, the white haired character you see in the openings, and his familia. A familia is essentially a group of adventurers with a God/Goddess at the head. And for Bell's familia, they are Hestia Familia; Hestia being the girl you see him with most of the time with the ummm...ribbon holding up her....you know. It takes place in a town called Orario and the dungeon that lies at the center of it. It's a very good anime that has solid character building and fleshes out its supporting characters very well. Would love to see you check it out! (Also, the one with the skimpy design that got the first "referee" of the openings is Freya. The Goddess of Love/Fertility, hence the uhhh, design :) )
I love Danmachi its got a new season currently airing now and its a fantasy world and think it does a pretty good job with its characters, world building and the the power scaling though the LN does a better job at explaining all those a bit better
Im just gonna say that you should react to this anime, ok its a little Fantasy, Adventure Action type of anime but much later i think it becomes one of the best for me atlest. Like umm top 6 or 7. Personally i love the story and some of the charecters, i feel like i can relate to the charecters but in a differend kind of picture. My favorite op is season 4 part 2s op also my favorite season

Danmachi is an abbreviation that can only be understood if you know the correct title, "ダンジョンに出会いを求めるのは間違っているだろうか(Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?)", but I'm sure Americans or British people who know more about Japan than Japanese people would understand it. Japanese people who don't know anything about it would interpret it as "Definitely Wait" or "Town of Stairs", which are meaningless.
The anime was pretty good, until season 4 where it went from good to great. The season 5 ending video though.... Edit: My favorite opening has to be the 3rd one. Also you missed season 5 opening. It would've been the 6th one, I don't blame you though, it just started airing season 5 a few weeks back.
It is great, not the best adaptation tho it has more ups than downs, not gonna say where but if you watch it take in as much as you can from the first season.
