I would love to see a reaction to this series as re zero is one of the best writer anime you will find. Also at the end of op 4 the singer says “I love who I am” which hits so much harder knowing the context of the series.
@@tahafury It being hard to watch is kinda the point, he's written that way intentionally by the author for future character devleopment, with even more coming in arc 6/Season 3
@@Xemvii oh yeah, I know it's intentional, I love re:zero, can't wait for season 3. Still doesn't change the fact that some parts can be uncomfortable to watch, even if it's good writing
@@Greatcelestialkaligo Even the first ED, whenever it comes in with "Oh please don't let me die". Honestly, the way the ED doesnt even play most episodes and they just use it as BGM to a dramtic scene is just soooo good. Made me love the tracks even more.
cant wait for S3. can confirm this series is fucking incredible. the cast is huge but every character is written so well and theres so much depth to all of them. Also yea its dark asf and has left me literally frozen at points. Its psych horror disguised as fantasy. I highly recommend starting the series as we approach s3 this october.
@@YoSunnyP Re:zero does have some really nice fights, but usually they don't have many fights and its mostly focused on character dialogue or slight horror, but when there is a fight it goes insanely hard in all honestly the less you know about the show the better it will be
Re: Zero OPs are some of the best out there. Also, if you've seen the anime, the OPs bring out MAD trauma and joy all over again. I'm sad you didn't do the EDs in this video. The Re: Zero EDs are superb and moving. Maybe next time?
re:zero is such such a great show. its a special case like one punch man where it started as an webcomic made to make fun of / massively innovate on a stale genre, and was so good big studios picked it up
Definitely one of my favourite anime of all time, its my 2nd light novel reading experience which I'm at volume 3, first of which was Mushoku Tensei. Love that series also but its hard to recommend. Anyway, yeah Re:Zero is a must watch in my eyes. One episode in particular felt like a movie, that episode alone still lingers even years after its aired.
Re zero is one of those animes you have to go in with a decent bit of experience to truly appreciate it’s the best isekai to date and the next season is dropping soon
Re:Zero is definitely a very dark series even if it has happy moments... Also, I don't know if you noticed, but in the third opening, all the dead bodies (before the scene where the background is white and he falls on his knees) were the main character 👀
If he does one reaction like that a day and watch re zero in like 3 mounths he will not remember anything + without context you don't understand what it told and so it's not going to stay in your memory all day
@@thedestiny2863 yeah i guess it depends of the people but i remember many things from 10 years in some opening because it spoiled me so much but i ve good memory and i cant turn my brain off when im looking at something x)
@@MrDarkneah it's understandable I did the same dumb thing with re zero I went and saw some pictures of a character of arc 6 and got a huge spoiler I guess I'm dumb but also you probably saw that trailer and then watched the anime without much time in-between

Man Re Zero OP 1 is sooo nostalgic. Season 3 is dropping this October so now itll be a fun time to catch up.
I struggle rewatching the show because of how dark it gets, but it's one of the best anime I've ever seen. And s3 is coming finally in October.
Its still not too hard to get through. They toned it down alot from the light novels
