The Carbon Intake is our Individual Throttle Body Kit with 8 Separate Throttles. Makes for a very loud induction sound and great throttle response.

It is so rare nowadays to see cars with designs as beautiful as this, all cars are so similar now….
Cars nowadays are oversized.. they almost occupy the other lanes. awful futuristic designs.. fake vents.. same black headlamps w/c is ugly in a dark body color and oversized rims imagine running in a oversized shoes that's you're having a hard time replacing newer ones. and digital dash its ridiculous that's why Bugatti maintains analog Dashboard. they do know how to maintain elegance. also the Pop & Bang sound 🤦♂️

People literally said this exact same thing about C5s, from when they came out to about 10 years ago. The same goes for the top response too. I love the warm reception the car's getting. But this ain't my first rodeo I guess.😅

Check the Corvette Factory from Emst and Vaasen from Holland. They are one off the best Corvette Specialist from Holland and they did this Corvette.

What a beast of a car. American cars never fail when it comes to delivering a dramatic and exciting driving experience. I can only imagine how brutal the sound of this car must be in person. And btw, props to the van guys in offering help with the car battery.
American cars suit the Autobahn But once you get in the twisties, things might go wrong
@@oussama4629 I totally agree. American cars have a clear deficit in cornering performance. It's more about delivering power in an explosive and dramatic way in a straight line with the aim of reaching top speeds.

the c5 back then was faster around the track than the current porsche 911 of the time.
very equal weight distribution because of the transaxle, a lot of power, very wide car with wide tires, sophosticated suspension...
@@oussama4629 That logic hasn’t applied to the Corvette ever since the C4 came out 40 years ago lol. The pony cars have also been able to turn since the 90s as well 😆

I remember my older brother coming home with Corvette c5 early 2000. As a kid it was my dream car because the dramatic looks and sounds. I remember thinking how the tires could be so wide, I had never seen anything like it. 🙂 Love to see these types of cars. So funny that it shifts slower than a politician working! 10/10

Awesome quote, lol, made me chuckle. It's an expression we use here, too, but we don't say "the Russians" but in stead "the Germans". Quite funny, because Max and Martin are from the same country as me, so there's two versions of that expression floating around over here apparently. What an awesome, iconic car this is. A true blast from the past. Must feel totally analog and racy, what with the crazy sounds, full performance available up in the high RPM's, rough running and rough idle. I would love to have a drive in it

@@exoticspeedefy7916 4l60es are good transmissions, people give them hate because they are dumb. A built 4l60e is great, would I have a automatic in a car like this, hell no. a zf6 is what it needs.

Don't worry about the automatic gearbox, a Citroën 2cv had a 4 speed manual and i never felt it fast like this corvette
That slow shifting and super long geared 4-speed auto is awesome. You‘re not going to break records with this car, who cares..

The dropping out of the power band is more because of the widely spaced + tall gears than slow shifts.

the rules are pretty chill in the netherlands. we in germany on the other hand are pretty f+cked when it comes to tuning

well from what you can see, there seems to be no real population, hence no police cars and they just dont care i guess
They dont check it for MOT. That said, straight piped cars are easy to spot and you are legally required to have cats. So they can pull you over, if you're unlucky.
And the trained nose can also smell a car that removed the cat.

How did it went with the gearbox temperaturen? Corvette tends to warm it warm it up quite a bit resulting in error lights...
If you like this, a C6 corvette with the LS3 would blow you mind. Not to mention the C6ZO6 With the LS7

I wish if the car tuned by using hp tuners not diablo it will gain much more power and it should be revved to 6600 it will do it all day lone reliabily and the trans tune will help the shifting speed

Why did they turn around the ram air intake?
Transmission needs a rebuild, it's granny shifting and clipping the rev-limited, classic signs that it's time for a service, could try changing the trans filter and fluid.

Interesting they turned the ram air intake around for the autobahn, guessing to prevent stone ingestion, rather than fit a mesh and keep it the proper away around.
Just missing a lumpy cam and will be sick.

Many people criticizing that it is not manual, but in the field of drag racing it can be much better with an automatic than with a manual, an environment where these types of vehicles stand out
This trans is too slow for commuting let alone for drag racing and I don't think it can hold much power or be reliable
