Hello friends I forgot to mention something very important, that the Divine's voice spoke to me through my ear piece in full audio, it was the voice of a woman, encouraging me everytime I reached a higher elevated emotion sayin "yeah!" each time just before i suddenly realized i could walk without the trauma to my back and legs!! 🙏🙏 so it was a combination of the scientific information that resonated, my experience/will, and the divine matching my will.
Amazing, truly amazing and blessings. Also, awhile ago, a co-worker's mother bought him a nice looking bracelet made of copper/magnet and had I think chrome, but nice looking piece. I asked him if I would try it on my wrist and I felt this tingling sensation in my lower back which I had lower back pain issues for some time. It felt good. I wanted to get one and I think he said his mother paid over $400.00 for it. My lower back is good now with me being an avid work out guy, exercise daily and eating well and in really good shape. I also used/use glucosamine which is known to help with joint, cartilage comfort. 😇

Dr. Joe, did you find this about the field? : that the only way we can experience the delay between the thought of the future self and their effect in our present moment .... is by the presence of all the other thoughts in between. I learned I had to clear those contrary thoughts to allow my perfected picture to manifest.
He got out of his environment. That seemed to be the key. He kept meditating and doing the work, but his condition continued to worsen. He went to an event, and this seemed to be the turning point. When he went out on a walking meditation he really started to heal. That is a lesson to all of us who can't attend events: meditate, and do the work, but try as much as possible to get out of your environment! Our familiar environments can keep our minds stuck in the same patterns.
I disagree… there are numerous cases where people can’t leave their environment and still heal through meditation. Cristian did not heal because he went to the event. He is healing because he has been putting in the work in the environment he currently was in before the Denver weeklong and after. Just to clear things up, nobody knows what I had to deal with in my environment. I could tell you but its no ones business. Its definitely not meant for anyone to think they can't heal because they can't go to an event. If I couldnt go to an event I would've gone somewhere else to keep meditating and I have NO doubt I would heal, I would've found a way no matter what

Please help!! Hi guys. I am living in fear,stress and guilt everyday and now I can see that I am getting unhealthy everyday😔.I would love to hear from you guys what you think about this. As being someone fighting stress and anxiety it will be a great help to me and I can help others who are having hard time. 1. What behaviours will I demonstrate today that will make a consequent change in my future?(please provide me a practical example if possible) 2. Why do i slip into old habits everyday? 3. Do I have to make changes to my environment ? 4. What should be my vision? 5. If I have to think and feel in a certain way,How do I do it?( please help me with a practical example because I can only think and feel differently when i am conscious but on a subconscious level I think and feel differently) 6. What do I do when there is a urge to not do the thing after I start on it( I tried it and when I don’t want to continue doing certain thing I feel like I have lost all my energy and I go back to doing things I like to do) 7. How do I eliminate guilt and fear which has left stamp on my heart? 8. How do I have energy throughout the day as my energy is at peak in the start of the day and depreciate with time?
Al your answers are Dr. Joe's amazing books, I recommend you read breaking the habit to bring yourself first, but other than that, you have two options about your environment, if it's toxic and you have the ability to move than by all means do it! But if you don't have the option to leave than you must use the meditations and Dr. Joe's teachings to help you overcome your environment so that it doesn't affect you anymore

Can anyone tell me if kundalini breathing make your brain a little pressure? i feel my crown chakra like something from above is puling my head up. I finished meditation but it is still the sensation...BTW this is an amazing story!!! i love Joeeeeeeeeeee

Hi guys. I am living in fear,stress and guilt everyday and now I can see that I am getting unhealthy everyday😔.I would love to hear from you guys what you think about this. As being someone fighting stress and anxiety it will be a great help to me and I can help others who are having hard time.
1. What behaviours will I demonstrate today that will make a consequent change in my future?(please provide me a practical example if possible)
2. Why do i slip into old habits everyday?
3. Do I have to make changes to my environment ?
4. What should be my vision?
5. If I have to think and feel in a certain way,How do I do it?( please help me with a practical example because I can only think and feel differently when i am conscious but on a subconscious level I think and feel differently)
6. What do I do when there is a urge to not do the thing after I start on it( I tried it and when I don’t want to continue doing certain thing I feel like I have lost all my energy and I go back to doing things I like to do)
7. How do I eliminate guilt and fear which has left stamp on my heart?
8. How do I have energy throughout the day as my energy is at peak in the start of the day and depreciate with time?
Al your answers are Dr. Joe's amazing books, I recommend you read breaking the habit to bring yourself first, but other than that, you have two options about your environment, if it's toxic and you have the ability to move than by all means do it! But if you don't have the option to leave than you must use the meditations and Dr. Joe's teachings to help you overcome your environment so that it doesn't affect you anymore
