The company code that you want to create should not be in system. You cannot create comp code that is already taken. It must be unique in that client.

S4 n EC are same look wise.
Only 15-20 % functionality difference for sap mm

Sir in s4hana currency USD available na suppose one company is us and one is India so how to create

We create seprate company for both countries to fullfil government requirements.
If not the you can set 2 currencies for company code.
And then you need 2 different pricing procedures for tax purposes or government requirements.

But from MM side no need to worry, company code comes under FI and currencies too
