- The release strategy defines the approval process for purchasing documents. The release code in SAP is the electronic signature replacing the handwritten approval on a paper-based process. The strategy specifies the release codes necessary and the sequence in which releases must be affected. You can define a maximum of eight release codes.

2. Define class and map to characteristics.
3. Release procedure.
i) Release Group.
ii) Release Code.
iii) Release indicator.
iv) Release strategies.

Lets say a PO was created for Band A with 50 quantity then PO quantity was changed to 200 but it has not gone to Band B approver where can we check the config?

It's depend on configuration.
You can make it posible depending on purchasing group.

Hi Sir, Is that mandatory to define the Characteristic with Plant, PUR ORG, Value, Pur group??? Can we define characteristic with only plant and try to test whether Release stg. Triggers or not?
Works with any selected characteristics. No fix pater. You can create only with plant n currency

I don't follow T-codes here, its better to use SPRO path selections here.
Only included important t-codes loke CL20N, or CL6BN.

Can I used same class to creating another release strategy?
Hi Sir, I have requirement where when po is created there are 4 people the notification of approval should be sent to all of them but if anyone approves then po should get released. Is it possible in sap .
Absolutely possible.
Are you using flexible workflow?
If not, then try discussing with your abap team or workflow team. And see from where email id is picked.
And make that email to be picked from some table or custom logic.
And maintain DL with 4 or 10 or whatever number is there with all people.
I am putting all the right details nevertheless at the end '' pu withdrawn exceed by 10 pc" ERROR is showing.....sir please resolve this issue
