The place would be better off in building a botanical public garden park for society. Something for the whole public in general. Transform the entire city complex into the New Zealand "Keep it Green" foundation and make it a giant resting place for the city workers,/commuters/shoppers/senior citizens/students/parents to relax and to have a breather, have a picnic, or simply enjoy the ambiance of nature in the middle of the city without resorting to city sidewalk benches that caters for 4 people. Making a public park is far more profitable for society over A building complex that profits the complex ownership beneficiaries that don't offer a profitability service for the general public and only targets a specific audience out of the public society. The whole idea of building a new complex is an opportunity for businessmen to make money in the end at the cost of the city. Give the entire landscape back to the land and build an inner city botanical garden park and reinstill the grassroots kiwi-ana, laid back number-8 wired, gumbooted kick back attitude that can benefit all public civilians in society. It's better to build a new rather than rebranding the old. Make a better future place for our future kids. So, yeah, I believe the city workers will visit that place every day, even if it's just for a little time for fresh air and space 😉
Who honestly gives a flying "F" about Sam Neil or the that mega rich lord of the ring guy and the other clown Gareth Morgan they only have a big voice due fame and fortune! I personally don't guy for these folks.
