If you like to save money you can take old starter plug wires and snip them in to pieces just like the knot protectors just gotta clear out the center i just take a hook and pull it thru once cut. Great setup
I did the same to a few of my rod and reels... The trouble I get is when I cast it, the line below the floater will wrap up around the line above the floater....
This is all I had in the tackle bag so I used them in the video but when I go get some circle hooks that’s what’s I’m using, I don’t swarp every time setting the hook either, circle hooks never let me down
Hi! One more reuest your experience info. To save money and effort, please give me your pole foat info which is size, brad, and sinker weight data. Because I like to use 2oz sinker ring with pole float for tag fishing my fishing place (DE) without snack to avoid at bottonm rocks 8-10 fts deep. If you don't mind, just share your experience info to buying right one without error. Thank you.
@@nazipunisher I don’t swarp crazy hard anymore. I will let the line get tight and then when I set the hook, I take the rod to the left or right side to get the hook in the corner of the fishes mouth. The fish are normally swimming away with the bait so it always works out for me. That’s just what I have most success with. You could try it and it not work as well but that’s just what I do!
Loved my titan bought it as my first low pro then upgraded to a komodo 463 and man is it a bad ass reel
I watch all of your videos
I really like that atrex rod it’s nice
Thanks man!
Nice slick setup
I got two of the reels I can't wait to try them
You'll love them!
I been using those reals for about 3 years now. They hold up great caught a tonnn of pigs on it. Well worth the money for sure
I am invested. It's still just as smooth as when I bought it.

Absolutely! Thank you! Good luck this season!
I use the air tube from my aerator, and cut them in little pieces
Fire 🔥 set up
Thanks Zach! Man where you been at???!
Going on year 5 with the Johncoos and still dont think an upgrade is necessary. GREAT reels and will cast with the other big names.
I'm all for it!
Those snell knots will NOT budge. I know from experience on that rock pile at hidys 😂
Lol you ain't joking

When you float is about to hit the water, lift your rod tip up towards you to ensure your leader doesn't get wrapped!
@@ThePigDusters .... I'll give that a shot, thanks man....
Hello, Currently Ball Strike Indicator has foam round type, but you had a weighted ball type. Whay is compared advantage between two types are?
That's an octopus hook not an octopus circle....doesn't say circle anywhere i say on the package. You can swarp on octopus all day.

Why not mono after the float? Its what ive always heard... braid reel then leader needs to be mono or floro?
You can use mono. I just use braid just so help the hookset. Quite honestly I might go back to mono though!
I wonder who asked to buy the rod 😅
Why does my bobber float sideways?
Is the float laying down? Either you're on bottom or don't have enough weight. Floats will drift with wind, it's normal.
Can I buy the Citrix
Noooo I use it as a creek setup lol
You gonna fish Sky tomorrow 4/6/24?
You forgot the bobber stopper depth how far do you put it up the line ?
I'm confused... I put bobber stops on and then you can slide and adjust them. This is how you fish deeper/shallower.
They are asking how deep do you normally fish. @ThePigDusters

Why use a surf rod for pond fishing? And why use 200 yards of line when to damn pond is maybe 50 yards across 😂😂😂😂 weird!!
Why comment to make yourself look even more dumb? Lol! Weird!!!
what size circle hook do you find to have the most success with?
Usually 3/0. I don't like big hook but I feel 3 is perfect.
@@ThePigDusters thanks! Do you still swarp with them like a normal hook or have to adjust how you fish? Thinking about switching this year
