She cannot be happy being so overweight that it impedes her daily life, her mobility and her chance to have a child whether by nature or alternative means. I know whereof I speak. I've lost 120 pounds through carefully monitoring my diet and some very much disliked exercise...lol. I used to be like her... you accept crumbs from the dating table of life because you think you don't deserve more. (And, yes, I chose that comparison on purpose...lol). I used to act as though my weight didn't bother me but it was a case of "thou doth protest too much".
