Kind of. There are several words that are mispronounced and/or with very poor enunciation, having and accent is fine, having faulty enunciation is not. Saying marshars for martial arts, consikrerly for consequently or triny for training is not enchanting, although she, herself, is indeed very enchanting, and we can see how much effort she puts on trying and that is highly commendable.
She couldn’t speak English filming Rush Hour 2, but look at her now...IMPRESSIVE.

For her role in "Memoirs of a Geisha", not only did she have to learn to speak English. She also had to learn to speak it in a Japanese accent as opposed to her native Chinese one.

Zhang Ziyi has the voice of an angel and is the greatest martial arts actress of all time. The Grandmaster was her 4th martial arts film. She only had two fighting scenes in the movie, which was good enough. It was nice to see hand to hand combat fighting rather than sword fighting for a change. A Rush Hour 4 movie might get made and it would be great to find out that her character survived the events of Rush Hour 2. Her English accent is fine just the way it is.

The real one and not a derivative such as that shown by hollywood actors with partial chinese heritage like michelle yeoh and others.
