I think they're hoping to get enough money from the sells of the first chapter to hire other people to help them during the developement of the other chapters.

So in RPS, I'm pretty sure rock is actually the psychology-based winning move. It initially does the thing you described, which steadily makes the opponent nervous. And if the opponent is nervous, they become far, far less likely to pick paper (the one thing that can beat you), as it requires them to open up, something people instinctively don't do when uncertain about things. Meaning if you keep it up, you'll get wins or draws every time.

Love the presentation here, the visuals are quite impressive. The variety in the minigames is great too, particularly for just a demo. It helps that even in this short time they manage to build up some good scares. Definitely interested in seeing the first episode's proper release.
One of the best Harvest Moon's is on GBA, Harvest Moon: Mineral Town iirc. I think it was remade 2-3 years ago for the Switch, makes me curious how good it is. But the game was very popular and still is. Though normally "Day 1" is the month and day, and season that is shown at the start of the day. This game uses soft pastel colors, like Easter barfed all over the place. I like it.

Whatever is in the labyrinth is what caused her to lose her eye, and she's in 'denial' mode/it's a 'unreal' version of the farm (everything is fine as long as you believe it is), which makes some amount of sense. Boxers is ALSO a creation of Skye, the box is his head. (Can't be her brother, since he called her mom). Key detail is the implication that Skye created the other Handy Pals. Might also explain the difference/feeling. Only the player character hand can leave with Skye because reasons. Like being more 'real'. The color shifting is something akin to 'playing the role', why 'breaking' the script reverses it. Then there's the details on how you enter is via a computer program (guided by what is apparently the same type of being that is chasing Skye elsewhere). So Skye might be a literal sentient video game character. Or... a ghost trapped in there, being a literal Bunny Graveyard, albeit with not many 'graves'. The demo could also be a bit more in the middle of the storyline. Where you're actually rescuing your friend Skye who cannot really remember you, trapped in a Lotus Eater type setup. (The dialog does imply you are there for 'her'.) Not really enough details to nail down the possibilities.
I think the actual game is gonna be like The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks where it turns out this shadowy creature stole the likeness of the garden bunny and got rid of her so now you have to help the original to get back and set things right

I think the actual game is gonna be like The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks where it turns out this shadowy creature stole the likeness of the garden bunny and got rid of her so now you have to help the original to get back and set things right
