This program was recorded in 1995. She not only tells how aids effected her life but how she over came a traumatic childhood. Her story is of how God carried her through. Lewis-Thornton’s memoir tells her story of living in a continuous cycle of trauma, rejection, violence, childhood sexual molestation, and her journey from HIV to AIDS.
