Obviously there are those who are exceptionally talented and have the natural ability but in most cases, even those with talent need to train and refine their talent. So training and working hard is a valid point, however, talent doesn't come from working hard.... And I may be taking the wrong view but being a 'Taeyeon' in K-pop/music industry isn't always about talent/how hard you work....(not undermining her in any way but there are many great singers out there who have not been marketed/achieved commercial success)

She was asked to sing this suddenly, she doesn't even know the lyrics, thats why she needs to sing while looking at the lyrics sheet. And she was sick too. She was coughing in the middle of the song. Despite all this, she sang it superbly, its not even her own song, and no practise either. Crazyily good!
