I actually put a dash of fine pink Himalayan sea salt in my coffee! Along with a splash of cinnamon, collagen powder, benefiber and heavy cream. 👍👍Yum!! And you can't taste the salt but get some trace minerals.

I took advantage of your last element offer and I LOVE it!!! I used it after my workouts and the flavor is AMAZING!!! I wish they had a drink that we can have regularly. I don’t want to use it too much and get an overload on electrolytes 🤣 I am on a 15 minute walk before I have my 11am first meal of the day.
