    I actually put a dash of fine pink Himalayan sea salt in my coffee! Along with a splash of cinnamon, collagen powder, benefiber and heavy cream. 👍👍Yum!! And you can't taste the salt but get some trace minerals.

    i have always love eating and that made me lose weight super hard, tried a lot of diets and exercises along with it, but what made it possible was agoge diet. it changed my life, and maybe yours as well

    I started having keto coffee this week and it's the best coffee EVERRR....i love ittt...and since that was a success (that i was skeptical of at the beginning but i was proved terribly wrong :))) ), today i had for thr first tine one of your smoothie recipe...mannnn, that was another hit! I will for sure listen to more of your advices :)

    Taekowndo also helps too autumn. Taekowndo is just as great stress reliever, also weights, and basketball is also a stress reliever as well.

    I took advantage of your last element offer and I LOVE it!!! I used it after my workouts and the flavor is AMAZING!!! I wish they had a drink that we can have regularly. I don’t want to use it too much and get an overload on electrolytes 🤣 I am on a 15 minute walk before I have my 11am first meal of the day.

    I have been following you and watching your videos for months now. I have been fasting since last summer with 16-17 hrs fasting window. Although I lost weight by cycling during summer, I haven’t lost any weight since I stopped cycling. Why? Can you point me in the right direction?

    Does the same apply to diet drinks I know they are bad ….but are they helping me hold onto this 10 pound gain?

      Some of the ingredients in “diet” sodas can still have a pretty significant impact on insulin (the storing hormone). Try swapping them out for alternatives like sparkling water and you can see how your body responds.
