Easy-believism is a heresy. Repent and believe the gospel, read the Bible and know the God of the Bible.
Brother, The word "repent" in context in Mark 1:15 is telling people to repent and believe the gospel. People are commanded to repent of their false belief to belief of the one true gospel. The Pharisee believed a false gospel, which was not another and denied Christ--they need to repent of the false belief and believe the truth. We are to repent of our works, which is a false belief and believe the gospel. If I am a Jehovah false witness, I need to repent of my false beliefs and believe the truth, which is the gospel. I know people have hi-jacked the word "repent", but used correctly it is understood biblically. If I say I believe in Jesus alone, but he isn't the only way, I would need to repent and believe the truth.
Good to hear from you. Yes you are correct in that dispensation of the Kingdom of God BEFORE Jesus died on the cross for the World and rose from the grave. That Gospel was not reveled yet so the gospel to ISREAL and NOT the gentile nations was this: Act 13:24 When John had first preached before his coming the baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel.

You say you preach the gospel of Christ yet you always go to Paul. What did Christ say? Go and sin no more, and REPENT. Know ye not that the unrighteous shall NOT inherit the kingdom of God?

I am really confused? James 2:19, the devils also believes. So did the devils fulfill his commandment by believing in Jesus? Are devils saved according to John 3:16 & James 2:19? I dare to say, John 3:16, is not a Christian verse. Where is the Cross in John 3:16? Where is the Blood, that brings us to God? Where is the Death of Christ? Where is the Resurrection of Christ?
When a person repents, they 'CHANGE THEIR MIND'. God repented, or should I say, God changed his mind, Gen 6:6. So when a person changes there mind and believes Christ died for their sins, was buried and rose again according to scripture, they are then saved. The moment they believe this, they are saved, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4.
I am in support of what you are doing and how you do it. However, to say we are not supposed to do it other ways is where you are wrong. As far as your doctrine, I agree. we are not saved by repentance but sinning is an abomination to God.. but He loves those who pursue righteousness. The Bible clearly says “let all who nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.” Bible says to consider both the goodness and severity of God. It says to reprove rebuke and exhort with all doctrine, not just the believe and be saved bit. All scripture is good for reproof, correction and instruction in righteousness so that the man of God may be competent and equipped for all good works. You choose to just get them on the milk, that is fine I suppose - but then you take arms against preaching anything else. That is error. God’s Word will not come back void. We are not only to preach faith in Jesus but the whole counsel. Your ministry is good but you shouldn’t be so narrow-minded about how we are to do it. The Bible says whole lot more then you are saying so you are speaking against by saying don’t do this or that when Bible says to do this and that in other places etc. Romans 15:4 For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. -- God bless you brother.
