Everyone is lactose intolerant to some degree. You can take the lactase enzyme and consume all the lactose continued product that you want. Glutn and lactose intolerance are just a minor alteration in digestion, but it is not disease or injury.

Start there and then compare different kinds of being drunk with different kinds of film editing styles. Like a quick cut drunk sucks because you check in and out too fast, too often. Indycar has two engine manufacturers and NASCAR has 3 car/engine manufacturers. Both series have far better racing than F1, which is mostly spectacle with little substance or parity.
To the untrained eye, it's "cars going in circles" and "boring," but if you actually know what's going on, the skill and ability involved, and how difficult it really is. Auto Racing is life or death in the pursuit of victory, but the stick and ball games are just that: games. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy them, but they seem almost childish compared to auto racing or bull riding.
This is my new favorite podcast. They complement each other well.

Formula 1 is like bowling or something where the skill cap is lower. It is possible to get a 300 in bowling, it is possible to run the Nueremburg(sp) in a few laps perfectly. So it comes down to minutiae and not something big or exciting like basketball where nobody is ever going to shoot 100%, baseball where nobody hits a 1000, etc. There is a limit in how good you can do and people have hit that in bowling and F1, IMO which makes them less exciting to watch.
When you drink when you're older, there's diminishing returns. If you're taking shots at 11pm, you'll feel it until 11pm the next day. It's that simple. Find your actual cruising altitude and stay there, have some water and enjoy it.
