If I could ask Rinpoche one thing, I would ask "Do we, or should we have an empowerment to do this Vajrasattva practice?" Obviously, it is OK not to have it, or you would say so, but I am just wondering if there is an empowerment we could try to get at some point on our path. -Kath Los Angeles

Is he saying observations as in karmic observations.
